Why Doesn't Bob Atchison Just Cut the Crap Right Now?

Like others I’ve found the whole "Bob Atchison" story and the cult surrounding the last ruling family of Russia, Nicholas II fascinating. In an age of spin, Bob Atchison offers feeling and authenticity. His message and that of his company, Pallasart on Oma Hamou is consistent -- unshakeable, in fact, no matter the evidence -- he commands daily attention by his on-the-spot, invective-rich variations on the theme. His lunatic counterfactual art is more appealing than the banal awfulness of the reliable sources. Police reports, court records, interviews with law enforcement personnel, and other sources show Bob Atchison committed perjury, submitted forged documents and wholly fabricated or wildly embellished details of Oma Hamou's life because of his bizarre obsession.

Some people have claimed they have even pitched the Bob Atchison story to FOX News,CNBC, CBS and England's The Independent and talks about forays into TV talk showland. Personally I don’t know if WatchTower is Rob Moshein but chances are he is or he knows the person who is as indicated in his post on Legends - August 10, 2006:

QUOTE ROB MOSHEIN: I sincerely hope that the "letter" allegedly written to blogger.com has the intended effect. That will lend strength to my own such letter and that of Bob Atchison, to demand the identities of "Sandman" so that he may be included in our own defamation suits against Mike Newson and Justin Edwards. Count on the real persons being dragged into the defamation litigation. You write under their names, so they will be named as parties. Take that as cash to the bank. Whats good for the goose Oma is good for the gander....if you want that person to stop the Oma Hamou Reality site, it will have the same effect for the one you operate there as well. Just FYI.

Unlike Oma Hamou Reality Blog we at Alexander Palace Obsession Blog have from the get go posted a legal “Disclaimer" perhaps the folks over at Oma Hamou Reality Blog should've done the same?

A simple Google search provides countless examples of absolutely horrifying cases where individuals have had their lives destroyed as a result of a psycho who lives to harass people on the Internet. It is absolutely reprehensible for someone to be able to come up with false, malicious and defamatory information about someone with the intent of destroying their character, and be able to do so with impunity and anonymity.

Let's take a closer look at some of the statements published on "WatchTower's Oma Hamou Reality Blog" about Mike Newson. "Amongst other things" (love the use of that word) Mike has to explain to potential employers, his community, members of his faith and such that he's never committed adultry, been involved in pornograhy, isn't a pedophile and so forth or how about when someone posts your social security number or private information on the web especially information concerning a child because they hate that child's mother?

In response to Mike Newson's and others posts on Legends and elsewhere, Rob Moshein committed the cardinal sin that many bad attorneys make - he let his personal emotions get in the way of forming an objective anaylsis what the law actually entails. The legal pleadings found on the web of Oma Hamou's lawsuit against Bob Atchison, Pallasart and Rob Moshein shows the courts found it "meritorious" and that it would succeed on the merits.

This carries alot of weight as the courts in fact "believed" Oma Hamou had suffered "embarrassment, humiliation, and emotional distress and according to Mike Newson it may be permanent in nature, because of Pallasart's - WatchTower's refusal to remove the allegedly defamatory statements. The fact that more attention is drawn to Oma Hamou's name as a result of Bob Atchison is an unfortunate necessity as a result of doing what some consider is morally correct. In court documents both Rob Moshein and Bob Atchison claimed they had no idea what was true or not. And who can blame them when they seem to have so much trouble deciphering their own life?

BTW, we want to say thanks to Mike Newson you've done a great job in defending your friend, Oma Hamou. We hope that justice will prevail for Ms. Hamou so that all of you can get on with your lives. Also we at APO (PROUD MEMBERS OF THE AA LEGENDS FORUM) would like to say we don't see what the fuss is all about when comments are made about Hamou's modeling photos. There's nothing wrong with looking at a beautiful women but for the prudes, get over it, it's not like any of her photos show any frontal nudity!

UPDATE!

Just a friendly reminder that when you read websites like Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report and its Oma Hamou Reality, you are reading lies. That anyone would trust someone like Bob Atchison who according to Mike Newson and court documents we at the APO have seen is beyond us, really. This person behaves as a common criminal. According to those court documents and Mike Newson's statements "amongst other things" Bob Atchison submitted forged documents to the police and courts, committed perjury and such against Oma Hamou. So if you read anything about Oma Hamou, Mike Newson or any other person on Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report or Oma Hamou Reality, you are 99.9% sure to be reading a lie or an exagerated, incorrect version of something that is 0.01% true. We would also like to remind people of what the author/historian Peter Kurth had to say:

“…About this whole "Oma" thing I can't comment, except that the only people who really care about it are the ones being sued for libel – so they have to have some kind of "defense" -- and you tell `em I said so…”

Someone else who wants to remain anonymous wrote: "...There is a difference between truth and fiction. We find this out all the time. Now we're finding it out again. This was a betrayal of the Alexander Palace Time Machine and its readers. It was a betrayal of Peter Kurth, Penny Wilson and Greg King and so many others who Bob Atchison and Pallasart claimed was “good friend”. Truthiness is a word, of course, that's been popularized by Stephen Colbert of Comedy Central. We live in this word now where this is just sort of the tip of the iceberg, where anyone can sort of put out something that sort of looks true, smells a little bit like truth but, in fact, is in some way fictionalized. You look at anything from Enron fooling people and creating this aura of a great business making huge profits when it was an empty shell, or people in the government telling us that mushroom clouds are going to come our way if we don't invade Iraq for months when it was on faulty and possibly suspect intelligence. Or even things we label "reality" in entertainment like reality television. It's cast. It's somewhat scripted. You see Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey as happy newlyweds. The reality show is over, they got divorced and split the profits.

On a different note: It seems my cat has been doing more then laying around all day as previously thought. I used my stealth abilities and snuck up on him during some rare down time today. Unbeknownest to him I caught him in the act of reading one of my books.

Making a film….

As “they” have made such a big deal out of this, and as they have quit saying that Oma Hamou had “NO” project since we posted all the images showing that yes indeed something was going on, just like they stopped saying that Oma did nothing in the Alexander Palace, or that she is a fugitive from justice on the run from the law, (notice any patterns here?) lets take a look at what really goes on at the start of a film project and what is needed to create a film. (much of the following is quoted from skillset.org)

The film industry divides itself into five sectors:

• Development - the writing, packaging and financing of film ideas and scripts.
• Production - the process of setting up and shooting every scene in a film.
• Post Production - where all these shots are assembled, treated and mixed into a finished product.
• Distribution - the process of selling this product to audiences, via the cinemas, retailers and rental firms.
• Exhibition - the cinemas which screen the film for the general public

The business of filmmaking starts and finishes with the work of the Producers and of the Production Department. Without the strenuous efforts of these dynamic individuals there would be no films and no film industry. It is their role to foster a protected environment in which creative individuals can be brought together, and in which their talents may be cultivated.

Film Production is a complex business which effectively requires the setting up, running, and closing-down of a substantially sized organization, solely for the purpose of producing a single film. Therefore, those who work in the Production Department must be highly motivated, multi-tasking individuals, who have the creative vision, the business acumen, and the single-minded determination to do whatever it takes to see that the film is made to the best of everyone's abilities.

Producers are highly self-motivated individuals, who have the final responsibility for all aspects of a film's production. He or she is frequently the first person to become involved in a project; they participate directly in all the main producing phases; and see the project through production, to post-production, marketing and distribution. The Producer's is role to turn story ideas into profitable cinematic entertainment, and to persuade others to share in his or her commercial and creative vision. Producers usually report to the production company, or to the Executive Producers appointed to supervise the production on behalf of the financiers and Distributors.

Producer's Assistants are highly competent administrators who work closely with Producers throughout the production process, from script development and pre-production through to marketing and distribution. They must be well organized, highly flexible, and possess a good overview of the film production process. Producer's Assistants may be either freelancers keen to learn about the business, or long-term employees of a production company. They occupy a privileged position, which offers great insight into the film making process, and this role should not be confused with that of a Production Assistant. If they rise to the challenge, Producer's Assistants may come to wield considerable influence over the production. Indeed, a Producer's Assistant is sometimes accorded an Associate Producer credit, if he or she has carried out significant producing functions in the Producer's absence. Rates of pay vary with experience; however, all Producers' Assistants should be willing to work long hours in a loud, demanding, and fast-paced environment.

The Line Producer is one of the first people to be employed on a film's production by the Producer and Executive Producers. Line Producers are rarely involved in the development of the project, but often play a crucial role in costing the production in order to provide investors with the confidence to invest in the project. As soon as the finance has been raised, the Line Producer supervises the preparation of the film's budget, and the day-to-day planning and running of the production. Line Producers are usually employed on a freelance basis. They must expect to work long hours, though the role can be financially very rewarding. Career advancement is based on their experience and reputation. Where a Line Producer has a creative input to the production, he or she is often credited as a Co-producer.

Production Managers run productions on behalf of the Producer and Line Producer. They help to determine the most efficient and economic way to schedule shoots, negotiate business deals for crews, locations and technical equipment, and make day-to-day production decisions to ensure that productions proceed smoothly. Production Managers are dynamic and highly self-motivated individuals. They should be excellent communicators, prepared to work very long hours, and able to react calmly under intense pressure. The role is challenging but well paid, usually on a freelance basis.

OK with that as a basis, lets think about this.

What stage was Oma Hamou in before Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein destroyed her and her project(s). (And note that this was not just a project to produce a movie, but a humanitarian project, the completion of which would have significant impact on Russian Culture, the Russian People and the monuments of the last of the Russian Czars. That is the destruction of Oma also hurt these people, just as Bob’s claims about Oma and Father Markell having a sexual relationship hurt Father Markell and not just Oma, and now we have the Oma and Mike sexual relationship (OHR Blog,” Oma Hamou and Cheatin Lover Mike” all of which is false and self-serving but look at the harm that such statements have done to innocent people who were close to the target? Notice the total lack of concern for who is harmed, as long as they can hurt Oma Hamou? --- notice the patterns?

When you look at what a producer does, it seems apparent to me that the primary function of the producer is the dream and desire to create a film. That and the drive to push the project through. So first you write the script and then attempt to package and finance the film’s ideas and scripts. (Remember this was one of Bob Atchison’s main points? That Oma Hamou was out shopping around a script --- as a scam, because there was no film project?) It seems to me from what I have read in the Oma vs. Bob war of words that this is exactly where Oma was when Bob, from his actions, appears to have decided that she was evil and had to be destroyed. Notice that the next step is to involve a “line producer” that is someone who does the real day to day work. Oma had in mind someone to do this, as well as someone to Direct the film. That is --- SHE was not going to do everything, she was selling the dream to those who would financially back her, and then professionals would be involved to do the actual work, while she provided “The Vision” and “The Drive.” But Bob Atchison got involved in specifically writing and calling banks and telling them not to do this, as she was a fugitive from justice and the whole thing was a scam, destroying any confidence that the financial/government & the private sector world may have had in her ability to see a vision that she wanted to share with the world and the drive to carry it through. Interfering directly with those whose contracted to do specific tasks, such that they did not complete what they had agreed to do, which directly lead to the loss of funding. The interesting part is that some people have followed this saga from the beginning and found that her determination and perseverance to create this dream in the face of unbelievable odds and opposition is exactly what is needed to have it succeed, they also recognize that a movie is really made by a team, (typically a team of freelancers who join a project for the few years that it will take to complete and then move on to a new project) Nowhere do I see anything that says that only those who have created blockbusters can be a Film Producer.
That is looking at and quoting what the OHR BLOG said in response to our comments, (that is they read our comments including the cease and desist part AGAIN and ignored it AGAIN,) so quoting them:

The Academy Award winning Producer and the multiple Emmy award winning producer buddies of mine laughed themselves silly when I asked for THEIR response...So, Oma Hamou and Cheatin Lover Mike, NAME A FEW OF THESE "NO EXPERIENCE FOLKS WHO MADE RECENT SUCCESSFUL MOTION PICTURES.....GO ON....”

As an aside, don’t you love their yelling? As if, if they say it louder it will make you believe them?)

The original question from OHR Blog was: “Since Oma Hamou wants to be Motion Picture Producer, WHAT are her SPECIFIC Motion Picture Credits and work experience that support this contention?”

My answer was: “Your logic about the film industry is laughable – films are made every day by people who lack experience. This is the same kind of logic applied when you stated as fact the following...”

Notice my response I did not state successful films are made every day by people with no experience. In fact I didn't use the word “successful” at all but "They" would like to convince you I have. I answered their question and they took my answer and twisted my words in typical Rob/Bob fashion --- notice the pattern? This is just as they have always done, that is the pattern of this blog’s authors are the same as Rob Moshein /Bob Atchison have always taken, Oma has said that she is/was a; Model, Film Producer, Actress, and Writer. She never said that she was a top model/superstar, internationally famous writer, or a producer of a blockbuster-that-is-on-everyone’s-lips major motion picture, for all that she claimed she may have produced a “student” movie, or considering the primary qualifications of a producer - that is the Dream, Desire, Determination and Perseverance, it could be that her only qualification was exactly that. But she created a script, sold a Director on the idea, and she sold the idea to someone who was financing the project, until Bob decided to stop her and destroyed the project. Still again the same PATTERN, (aside: always look for the patterns as that is where the truth is found), the pattern of “I can’t throw her down unless I lift her up higher,” the bottom line is that their obsession with Oma Hamou is bizarre.

Anyway, lets take a look as this bio quoted from StarWars.com:

So lets see from student film to feature film in one step and to Star Wars and making film history in three steps, seems to me that “inexperienced producers” can work magic if they have the right dreams, drive, perseverance --- a bit of luck and good friends don’t hurt.

Oh and another point, had you heard of Peter Jackson before Lord of the Rings? Wikipedia says about him, “Jackson started his career in film as a fanatical hobbyist, creating small films with simple technical means and with the help of his friends. When one of his projects, the horror comedy Bad Taste, grew over four years (from 1983 to 1987) from the originally planned 10 minute short to a 90-minute feature film, Jackson and his crew took the end result to the Cannes Film Festival, received critical acclaim and sold the rights to twelve countries.”

So from a Hobbyist to Film Producer in one step… I think that is enough to counter their attempt to denigrate what we said.

By the way, the way Pallasart throws out statements like “my good buddies in the film industry” and etc, as if its supposed to impress the readers, almost as if to say, hey, I'm important don't you know who I am? Remember “Tonya Hoochie” (a.k.a. Rob Moshein) said those infamous words...

Seems to me that the, “multiple Emmy award winning producer buddies of mine” who “laughed themselves silly” don’t know much about the history of film making. Of course based on past behaviors we know the possibilities that such hyperbole is the full truth are slim to none. For example, Mike Pyles also claims that he is good friends of Meryl Streep (you may have seen that admission published on Pallasart's APTM Forum) now I don't know if he is, but going on statements he's made on this forum like being admitted to the D.C. Bar and being an ex-cop and the stuff about the police telling him all this stuff that later didn't check out well, I tend to believe that chances of him knowing Ms. Streep may be just hyperbole, but then again this might be the truth, the point is -- based on past behaviors -- we simply do not know when “they” are telling the truth, when they are twisting the truth, or when they are out and out telling a lie…

Continuing on, notice a huge pattern, as we provide convincing evidence that their libelous statements are indeed false and libelous and continue to request that they stop issuing said libelous statements, even providing them with corrections --- not only do they not cease, but come back with even more and newer things, such as the Mike and Oma are having a sexual affair (because they said so…) or the Oma Hamou is a “kidnapper” which is interesting to study in the way of propaganda techniques of Red Herrings and the Big Lie, two of their most favorite techniques, second only to their Yellow Journalism style of writing. (again notice the patterns of how and what they write, and what has been written by the entity Rob Moshein/Bob Atchison in the past… The truth is found in the patterns!) It seems that they can not answer our points and therefore their only defense is to attack and denigrate the author of the words that refute what they have said about Oma, thus the, “Oma Hamou's lover, Mike Newson, the one cheating on his wife..” comments, they can not refute me, so they attack me personally with libelous statements, with no regard to the harm such words might have on the innocent of involvement in this debate. Again it allows us to look inside the “Destroy Oma” the “Hate Oma and those with her group” people. It would seem strange to me if there were all that many people who consistently use the same patterns of word and methods of Propaganda Techniques as has been used by the “authors” of the various “Hate” sites against Oma, and the rest of us, not to mention the same heart and soul that is revealed by our looking deep inside them using their own words, that is I have said that I admire Rob and Bob for various reasons. I have not attacked them as a person, and denigrated them, nor attacked them in anyway other than to show the hypocrisy of their actions and words in that what they accuse Oma of, they themselves have done. Or that what they said about her was false. I have supported what I said with documentation or first person experience. Look at the patterns in the history of this war of words and decide who each of us, on the different opposing sides, is inside, and based on that who do you believe is the creditable source of information? Who do you think is gaining respect among all those following this saga, and who is losing the respect garnered over years of association? And a personal thank you, to those who new found respect I have gained, for your words of support and belief..

Notice they didn't/don’t produce one shred of evidence that would've supported their claim that Oma Hamou kidnapped a child, or that her and I are having an affair (they just say it, and therefore it is true?), and they couldn't cite specifically which part of her contract about the Alexander Palace (Moscow's part or Pushkin's part) that she hasn't fulfilled. All they've got and have always had are gossip/lies/imagination backing them up that's why they couldn't prove one word of what they printed on the web or elsewhere about Oma, Enigma and Sarskaia in court when the court issued that T.R.O that said In part:

Quote The Texas Courts: “The court finds and concludes that third party plaintiffs have shown a likelihood of success on the merits of this cause, that a temporary injunction is necessary to prevent harm to Ms. Hamou. That unless injunction lies, third party plaintiffs (ed.: Oma, et. al.) will be without any adequate remedy at law, in that no amount of damages will be able to repair the loss of reputation to the parties.”

Take note that our typical response in recent times, once the lawyers let us was to provide documented evidence that what had been said against Oma Hamou was false, and to provide documents that would cause a normal intelligent and reasonable person to question the words and actions of Bob Atchison and his associates who conspire in hating “us.” Well we are well past after-court, and Bob on the surface won that round (using forged documents and perjury as a basis in winning that round).

APO INSERT: The definition of "Forgery", in criminal law is the willful fabrication or alteration of a written document with the intent to injure the interests of another in a fraudulent manner. Typical examples of forgery are making insertions or alterations in otherwise valid documents and appending another's signature to a document without permission. In the United States forgery ordinarily is a state crime; but to send forged documents through the post office may constitute the federal crime of mail fraud.

Bob Atchison represented to the court and law enforcement the above document represented a true copy of the invoice sent to Enigma Films, it was not. Oma Hamou testified at trial that the e-mails which appear underneath the “alleged” invoice were altered and/or she did not create.

ONE YEAR LATER

Excerpt from Oma Hamou's affidavit (6):

"...Prior to, and after being in the hospital, per the instructions by the treating physician at the local hospital, I spent a majority of my time in bed. (See Exhibit A) When the court denied both my then counsel, Mr. Boyce Brown Reid of the law firm of George & Brothers, LLP and my Motion for a continuance filed in pro se I was suddenly forced in one day to attempt to prepare an adequate defense. To better illustrate the sense of panic I felt on the morning of the 27th, not only was I ill with a high temperature but we had Voir Dire, which is creating the jury, and by noon we were ready to start trial. I had less than one hour to ‘literally’ run back to my hotel, pull exhibits together and have exhibit boards prepared all by the time court resumed that afternoon..."

At trial both Bob Atchison and his attorney testified the above invoices identified as "Pallasart" were invoices for a previous debt belonging to Ms. Hamou's company, Enigma which resulted in a lawsuit.

Quote Bob Atchison’s Attorney Matthews: "...There was a prior suit between these two people in California and then there was another prior suit in Texas. The one in California that Ms. Hamou filed was dismissed. The prior lawsuit here in Texas was settled, and that had to do with Mr. Atchison’s former business partner and the web design company that they own together. That matter was resolved and that suit was dismissed..."

According to the State of Texas other than the then present lawsuit case No. GN303141 between Atchison and Hamou no other lawsuit existed between the two.

Excerpt from Oma Hamou's Affidavit:

17. During trial, I wanted to enter into evidence documents which supported my testimony that this alleged debt, “if at all” legitimate, didn’t belong to Mr. Atchison as an individual but to his web design company, Pallasart. Secondly, that the documents would also support the fact that Mr. Atchison had attempted to extort additional money from me by removing my company’s Internet page and replacing it with a page containing my home address. Despite my assertions to the contrary, both Mr. Atchison and his attorney stated the “alleged” debt owing to Mr. Atchison was not connected to Mr. Atchison’s web design company, Pallasart. They further asserted that in 2001 a lawsuit had been filed involving my motion picture company, Enigma Films, and Pallasart; and that this dispute had been settled.

18. I objected strongly to this representation made by both Mr. Atchison and his attorney because it was “pure fiction…a totally made up lie.” I informed the court that indeed this was a lie, which could easily be verified by a telephone call to the Travis County District Clerk’s office. Instead the court relied upon the representations made by Mr. Atchison and his attorney.

30. On or about September 10, 2001, Mr. Atchison despite having been paid in full for a 10 page web-design and services, acting as CEO of Pallasart, removed my web site and replaced it with a blank page which listed my home address. He did this because I refused to pay him on Invoice 2000-343 (See Exhibit E). In a letter to Mr. Atchison dated the same date of September 10, 2001, I expressed a great deal of hostility, frustration and disappointment towards the fact that my home address was suddenly posted on the web. I apologize to this court for the offensive language expressed in my letter to Mr. Atchison.

31. After several heated faxes, telephone calls and emails exchanged from both Pallasart and my office for the sake of my family’s emotional and physical well being, I agreed to settle Invoice #2000-343 for $5,000.00.

32. Both Mr. Atchison and his attorney have tried to pass off Pallasart’s “Settlement Invoice” #2000-580 as being some other dispute owing to Pallasart by Enigma. Mr. Atchison “personally” knew that this statement was false yet under oath he said this. As evidenced by Mr. Edward’s letter to me dated on September 10, 2001 the only outstanding invoice owing to Pallasart was Invoice # 2000-561 for web hosting services. Enigma did not contract additional services with Pallasart.

33. The “settlement” Invoice 2000-580, dated 9/10/2001, which more accurately would be described as extortion, was that Pallasart agreed it would remove my home address from the web for the price of $5,000. Far from the “settlement” of a legitimate invoice this was an act of extortion. I agreed to the terms. This was not for any service rendered; it was in exchange for removing a threat to my safety and the safety of my family. One of many unbelievable moments of this trial was when Mr. Atchison tried to pass this “extortion invoice” as being a settlement of some debt that Enigma owed Pallasart. I continue to be shocked by the distortions and lies perpetrated on me by this man and his company and by the fact he has, so far, gotten away with it.

Apart from the green and white background, how many colors can you see?

It may look as if the two arms of the 'X' use different shades of pink, but in fact the whole X only uses a single color. If we zoom in to the central part of the image it should become more obvious that the 'X' only uses one color.

Next:

First follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, you will only see one color of dot --- pink.

Now simply stare at the black + in the center, notice how the moving dot turns to green?

Concentrate on the black + in the center of the picture. Don’t look away keep staring at the black plus, after a short period of time, many if not all of the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you may only see a green dot rotating.

What does this tell us about the nature of reality? There really is no green dot, and the pink ones really don't disappear. it is a simple Visual Effect or Optical Illusion.

If our brains are so easily fooled, what other aspects of reality are we missing?

Can we be fooled by words as well? Is this what propaganda is really all about, to make us think we know what is real, when in reality what we thought was true never was?

If you are persistently told that some thing is true you come to believe it, and the bigger the lie the easier it is to believe. For many years the world’s inhabitants believed the world was flat, now we know it is round, yet what was the perception of the “whole” world during that time? What is it now, and what happened to change that perception?.

It took Christopher Columbus much observation to notice that the sails of ships slowly vanished beneath the horizon rather than diminishing to a point in the distance. And even then many people did not believe him. It is really amazing how once a person has an opinion that it remains unshakable until extraordinary events occur and their perception is changed. Except for the few who are willing to accept that what they are told to accept may not be really what was/is, and for those few who will open their minds and see what is reality, well they are the ones who change the world..

The power of the emotion of pity, as with most strong emotions – such as hate, to control a person’s mind is unreal, check to see if you feel pity or any other strong emotion that was planted in your mind (such as continuing declarations of -- I am a victim) towards either of the participants in this saga of “good and evil” Frankly it is best if you do not feel pity towards either as that opens your mind up to being controlled. I don’t want to control your emotions and thus your mind, I want to educate you so that you can make correct judgments and evaluations of the true reality. Thus the words that I use, and the way I use them, and my attempts to educate and provide verifiable facts about the various stories concerning Oma. Think about this, are my words typically filled with emotion and conclusions that cause one to feel emotions of hate or anger and do I attempt to gain your pity? Or do I educate? Which approach respects your integrity and respects your intelligence without attempting to control you through your emotions?

Both sides have made mistakes in perception. The “Vapors is Rob” assumption by Oma’s side (“Us” or “We”) which, as the illusion was perceived and we were educated, we changed our belief. There is the continuing perception as has been from day one, that all those who defend Oma must be Oma, that Rob/Bob and the cult/clique surrounding them, and in our perception of distance and education , controlled by them such as Vapors and all the rest who were in conflict with “Us” or as I usually call them, “Them”, “Their”, or “They” and on occasion simply “Pallasart.” This illusion still has never been changed no matter how much education was presented, no matter what was said, it has never changed, even today all of “Us” are still Oma in the perception of “them.” That one side admits to mistakes and changes their perception to match reality while the other does not I think speaks volumes for the reality of who is who in this “war.”

Perception is everything, consider this image:

Are the Horizontal lines parallel? Yes, they are but what do you perceive? (As a side note: I do not believe that our perception is incorrect that Rob is Watchtower, or at least that he created it, although it is probably the entity Rob/Bob who provides the content.)

Think about these thoughts

Think about these thoughts, and if you have been following the Oma vs. Bob War-of-Words and have a strong opinion in either direction, well take some time and check your perception of reality. See if you can see patterns and where do these ideas fit? I have presented some patterns of thought in recent time. And have had this flung back in my face as reversed. What I would challenge you to do is to take a fresh look. Revisit what I have written, compare it with what “they” have said, don’t get caught up in the propaganda techniques used to control your mind. Instead be aware of these techniques can be used by either side to control your perception. Now what parts of either sides rhetoric is true? What part of what you believe of either sides point of view is real and what is illusion created by the words used to control your mind. Obviously, without being taught what to look for, your mind can be confused, and will see what is not there. Which is why I have spent so much time teaching you about Propaganda Techniques such as Red Herrings and “The Big Lie” (Of course my stand is that if I wanted to control your minds, I would not teach you how I was doing it, instead I want to educate you and provide you with all the facts allowing you to draw your own conclusions based on your educated view of the events.)

Now when you think about all this, you might try wondering:

Why does the author of this OHR Blog deny so venomously, even to making personal attacks to drag a red herring over the trail that they have any association with Pallasart?

Why is; the rhetoric used, the slant used, the Big Lie Technique used, why is the tone used, all so similar between all the various Hate Oma sites, and what Rob Moshein wrote on Legends?

Why do they not refute our defense of what they said was the “truth” about Oma Hamou?

Why do they not refute our analysis of what the various contradicting statements and documents provided by Bob Atchison/Rob Moshein mean in terms of their propensity to say what they want, not what is?

Why in spite of the courts warning them of what their actions could do, do they continue to do those same actions?

Why do they attack with hate?
Why do they make personal attacks?

Why do they choose to use the personal attacks that they do? That is why do they think that “you” (the reader) will see evil inside of us (those who were attacked) because of what they say we are? Remember that what someone says they see in someone is typically what they see inside themselves…

Once more I would invite you to go back in history and review what has been written/said by both parties, and see if these patterns fit either side, and if so what that might mean about that side? What do you see in what has been written and the actions of each side, the name calling, the denigration, the way that evidence was denounced as faked/false, the way that things were said they were true, “because we said so” So look at the whole thing, and you decide if either side fits the following patterns:

• very few people, when put to the test, have the integrity and moral courage to stand up against bullying, harassment, corruption etc; the target is selected often because that person has this moral courage; most people will pass by on the other side, only targets have the integrity to be a good Samaritan

• bystanders think that if they keep their heads down, their mouths shut and pretend nothing is happening then it won't happen to them [wrong –their turn will come eventually]
• they exert power and control by a combination of selectively withholding information and spreading disinformation, therefore everyone has a distorted picture - of only what they want them to see

• they go to great lengths to undermine their target
• they are masters of manipulation, and are fond of manipulating people through their emotions (eg guilt)

• they are adept at manipulating peoples' perceptions with intent to engender a negative view of the target in the minds of bystanders, this is achieved through undermining, including the creation of doubts and suspicions and the sharing of false concerns

• They poison the atmosphere and actively poison people's minds against the target

• when close to being outwitted and exposed, they feign victimhood and turn the focus on themselves - another example of manipulating people through their emotion of guilt, eg sympathy, feeling sorry

• most bystanders are hoodwinked by their ruses for abdicating responsibility and evading accountability

• they encourage and manipulate bystanders to lie, act dishonorably and dishonestly, withhold information and spread misinformation

• they manipulate bystanders to punish the target for alleged infractions, ie the bystanders become instruments of harassment

• they are often able to bewitch one especially emotionally needy bystander into being their easily controlled spokesperson / advocate / supporter / denier

• they often form an alliance with someone who has the same behavior profile, thus increasing the levels of threat, fear and dysfunction

• they are able to charm and manipulate a number of bystanders to act as supporters, assistants, reinforcers, appeasers, deniers, apologists and minimisers

• some people gain gratification (a perverse feeling of satisfaction) from seeing others in distress and thus become complicit

• they groom bystanders, and the target, to believe the target deserves the treatment they are receiving

• they are a smooth individual who excels at deception using a combination of compulsive lying, Jekyll and Hyde nature, manipulation, mimicry of normal behavior, self-assuredness and charm

• the bystanders see only the Dr Jekyll side of the bully, but only the target sees the Mr/Ms Hyde side; Dr Jekyll is sweet and charming, Mr/Ms Hyde is evil; Mr/Ms Hyde is the real person, Dr Jekyll is an act

You know I get so frustrated at saying the same things over and over, but they just don’t seem to get it. They just can not seem to figure out that what they say constitutes libel, that it fits the pattern of hate crimes, they vacillate between I am Oma Hamou and I am a real person. And for the record I am a real person, I am not Oma nor am I her official spokesperson. If any thing I am a white knight because I hate what they have done to her, and all of “US” those who love her, admire her, and supported her as friends, associates, and co workers (former co workers is probably the better term) especially those of us who have suffered because of what has been done to Oma. “We” keep correcting, they keep ignoring, we keep asking that they keep it on a factual basis, they keep creating stories, and even more significantly telling libelous stories and words to attack the individual with rather than confront the situation.

I have to admit that I now go and look to see how Sandman will dress up what I have said on Legends, a “Switzerland” even if still a battleground, that "Anastasia D" provided in that what I write can not be changed, it is consigned to a repository of a independent third party (Thanks Anastaisa!) I am sorry that so many now read these words on Sandman’s Blog, but I can understand why they feared Rob’s stalking of them, and why they have quoted me so.

Oh, and Sandman got me on one, “Tiresias” so I had to go look it up, according to Wikipedia, “Tiresias was a priest of Zeus. So one finial question, since “they” read Sandman’s recent post, was George Lucas trying to scam people when he went from producing a student film to a feature film? By the way adding “Successful” to what I said is not a grammar change, it is a change of the basic substance of the sentence. I am glad that you agree with me that a Film Producer does not need to have created a blockbuster to be called a Film Producer, still Rob Moshein /Bob Atchison or clone I wonder how George and Peter think about, “all the Motion Picture professionals here in LA that I've discussed this with, each and every one...” feeling that they failed?

Perception is what the viewer sees, the perception can be guided by a facilitator, and the facilitator can direct the viewers mind in any direction they desire to Good or Evil. It is the viewers responsibility to become educated so that the facilitator can not take advantage of them.

What I perceive is that the entity Bob Atchison/Rob Moshein/Pallsasart is trying to say don’t look at that man behind the curtain, it is not me, it is someone else as if this will make the world believe them, as Rob/Bob have been so completely discredited by their own actions.

First Jeffrey Archer’s book is actually titled “A Matter of Honor” not “AS A Matter of Honour.” Now, while I’ve never worked on the development of a motion picture I have had reason to work with the Trade Mark Office of the United States. You can use a name that someone else has, if their product is in a different category. As in Athena is the name of a sewing machine, but that does not prevent a software program from using that name. Or how about that film in Canada called “A matter of Honour?” Still I had to chuckle on this one because what both Bob Atchison/Pallasart have represented to the public and now is repeated on that blog isn’t true, sure they make it sound like it, but in truth it is not. All film productions have to eventually submit to the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) the title of its working film in order to obtain some sort of rating and approval. Once the working title is submitted to the MPAA it is submitted in its weekly reports which are generally sent to all the major studios and productions houses and if there is a conflict with the use of the title (in this case “As A Matter of Honour”) studios will submit what is called “protest” letters this goes back and forth until both sides reach a compromise and every one signs off. Usually all it takes is a brief synopsis of what your film is all about and almost (I did say almost) all cases the title is released. In Enigma’s case such letters were sent out back in 2000 and such releases were eventually obtained, I would imagine anyone “legit” in Hollywood or film making would say this is true since everyone has to go through this process.

I've never even met Bob or Rob. (Or Oma, for that matter.) So I let the discussions go on unmoderated. In a way, I regret that I did. But then again, it seems a lot of questions have been raised on both sides. I don't think one side is 100% guilty or innocent. There are things about Oma I find very suspicious. There are things about Bob I think are severely shady. How will everything end? Only time will tell. My name is Anastasia....and I live in Austin, TX. I live at the address that used to be publicly posted in the whois for this domain. I have owned many, many domains over the last 10 years or so, and this is the first time I've had to withdraw my information from a whois because someone attempted to use the information against me.

I still fail to see what I would have to gain by lying about who I am and where I live. What difference would that make, really, to people posting on this forum? Membership to this forum is free. Have I ever asked anyone here for money? Have I tried to sell anyone something? Is there a business attached to this forum, or some other source of income? No, there is not. I pay for the domain and the webspace, and let others post here for free.

What was Rob Moshein's motive for trying to start trouble for someone who simply wanted to start an alternative forum for people to discuss "The Legend Of Anastasia"? Why would he take the address from the whois and come to my home looking for me? What was he planning to do when he found me? (And he certainly can, because I'm still right here, where I've always said I am.) What is his motivation for lying and saying he's been to the address in the whois and saying I don't really live here?

If I was really Oma Hamou, or someone in her "camp" there are certainly things here I would have censored or deleted. But I've left up 99.9% of everything anyone here has posted. The purpose of this letter is to demand that you and/or the author of the Blog immediately ‘cease and desist’ from making false, defamatory and libelous statements concerning me on the Blog.
The statements on the Blog published or otherwise communicated to third parties concerning Enigma, Sarskaia and/or myself have been blatant fabrications, self-serving, and demonstrate a course of conduct calculated to harass and oppress. Such conduct exposes you and all involved to substantial liability. I strongly caution you to refrain from further such publications or other communications to third parties.

The information provided on Pallasart’s “Oma Hamou Report” (“OH Report”) and its Alexander Palace Time Machine’s the “Tangled Affairs of Hamou, Enigma & Sarskaia” (“AP Report”), together with the Blog, has been and remains libelous. The authors of these various sites should not infer, based on incomplete information or the absence of information, that certain events happened, or did not happen, in my life. Such fallacious, incomplete, incorrect, and deliberately libelous reports concerning me and my life imperil my existing economic benefits, resulting in substantial damages to me.

The fact that Mr. Moshein re-published on the Blog the same libelous verbiage which is displayed on the OH Report and on the AP Report is painful and humiliating. I had hoped that, in light of what you’ve already experienced during my prior lawsuit against you, and given the fact that you have been put on notice of the pending litigation that you would have stopped doing this kind of thing.

Significant efforts to educate you regarding the real facts have been put forth in the past, evidently with little effect. Nonetheless, I’ve decided to correct the inaccurate statements published on the Blog. In so doing, I, specifically request that untruths regarding my alleged criminal history be removed from the Blog, along with the following incorrect personal information, to which I make specific reference:

1. Oma was represented by the Public Defender's Office because she could not afford an attorney.

This is not true. I was able to pay for an attorney, but chose not to fight the extradition proceeding.

2. Oma was released in the interest of Justice as Wyoming refused to extradite her at that time.

This is not true. While incarcerated, I was able to fulfill and satisfy any and all obligations as set forth by the court, by sending a cashier’s check to the District Attorney’s office. In turn, it was duly noted and the status of my probation from this state was terminated. As such, the state of Wyoming informed the state of California that it had no reason to proceed with the extradition hearings; therefore, I was released.

3. Oma was extradited back to Yellowstone Montana on August 15.

At no time was I was ever extradited to the State of Montana.

4. Oma Hamou's attorneys of Record, Foster Malish & Blair withdrew their representation of Oma Hamou during this litigation after showing the Court that Hamou had failed to pay them almost $20,000 in legal fees she had accrued and that she also failed to pay the retainer fee she had promised to pay them when they undertook representation. Again, the documentation from these attorneys show numerous promises to pay, which Hamou failed to keep.

I paid the law firm Foster, Malich & Blair its requested retainer fee.

5. Hamou also wrote bad checks on the same closed account to Wild West Productions, the director, and others involved in making the "trailer".

I was the director at this specific shoot. I have never issued a check to “Wild West Productions”.

6. Heard about this woman claiming to be a famous actress, movie producer, author, big model and now champion of Russian History. Mostly the info out there seems to involve her attacking other people.

I have never claimed to be a famous actress, or a big (i.e. famous) model, nor a champion of Russian History. I have never attacked anyone, and your statement about my having done so is false and/or misleading. Aside from the various web sites that you have created about me that contain complete fabrications about me (OH Report, AP Report, and Blog), there is no other information on the web that supports this statement.

7. Oma Hamou is a Convicted Felon, with a criminal record of at least three Felony Convictions for Fraud, Theft by Deception and Bad Checks.

My conviction in Utah was for writing a bad check. I was convicted in the state of Wyoming for writing a bad check. About the only thing you did get right was that I was convicted in the State of Montana for issuing a bad check. The information I’ve provided can be found on the link to the State of Montana’s Criminal web site (which you provide on OH Report, AP, Report, and Blog). The State of Montana provides the proper verbiage concerning my convictions from the State of Utah and Wyoming by using the words, “Other State” and “Fraudulent check”. But instead you choose to continue to use the most defamatory words possible, ignoring the fact and substance of what I was really convicted of.

I was never convicted in the State of Montana on numbers 1 and 3.

9. Found lots of recorded judgments and lawsuits against her on the web too.

The “purported” debts listed on both OH Report and Blog, respectively, are related to my companies and/or are not mine. The judgments obtained in my name by Boardrush, LLC and Robert D. Atchison were obtained fraudulently based on “false statements” and the work they claim that they did would have been done for my company, Enigma Films, and/or are not mine.

Please be advised of the current state of case law on this subject, as explained by the United States Supreme Court in Milkovich v. Lorain Journal Co., 497 U.S. 1, 17-18, 111 L. Ed. 2d 1, 110 S. Ct. 2695, 2705-2706 (1990):

O.k. getting back to Pallasart's Oma Hamou Reality Blog, I've answered their question with a question. Tell all, specifically which "obligation" that's mentioned (and there are several) in those different contracts (Moscow and Pushkin) has Enigma not lived up too?

The obvious answer is they don't know because NO ONE who is a party to those contracts you know like the government of Russia or Dr. Ivan Petrovich Sautov, himself has spoken to ANYONE, period.

At the very least people know that NO ENIGMA HAS NOT FILMED INSIDE OF THE ALEXANDER PALACE but it did contribute money, money that it can produce in the form of a receipt that shows it paid for works it commissioned inside of that palace.

So the million dollar question is why didn't Enigma film "As A Matter of Honour" inside of the Alexander Palace and do the things speifically outlined in those different contracts?
Could it be because of what Bob Atchison and Pallasart did against Oma, Enigma and Sarskaia because they were consumed with jealously?

Could those telephone calls, faxes, emails and such that Bob Atchison sent out to government people, financial institutions and everyone else and via Pallasart's web site, the "Alexander Palace Time Machine" saying Oma had no projects in Russia, was a fugitive on the run, scammed a priest, is a con artist, don't believe her and so on - could any of this impacted or impeded Enigma's projects?

Here are 2 pages from a contract that has Dr. Sautov's signature on it (remember there are several contracts regarding the Alexander Palace and Enigma so I don't know which one "They" are talking about.) Notice the term used "Force Majeure" I wonder if what Bob Atchison/Pallasart did to Enigma if "It" falls under that category?

The courts in Texas ruled Ms. Hamou, Enigma Films & The Sarskaia Foundation had "shown a likelihood of success on the merits of their cause" of action against, Bob Atchison, Pallasart and Rob Moshein, that it (the court) issued a temporary injunction "to prevent harm to Ms. Hamou.
