Mr. Kurth: Oma -- I'm sure you can see right through their attempted slander. Indeed it was I, myself, who published the story about my imprisonment in London, and I, not they, who told the details of it ... they suggest it was something I wanted hidden, and that is not so. They are so foul, words do not exist for it ... they are sick ... they are desperate...As it happens there's a big lawsuit going on about the London experience and I'm not permitted to speak of it further until it's resolved. You will understand this.

Oma -- I am a knight for you -- against those two freaks ... every time you think they can't sink lower, they do. (And you may quote that, in affidavits or anywhere else.)

Far be it from me to criticize the good editors at Salon, who had to take a mass of "diary" and turn it into something that could be published in a day, but I *can* tell you, as someone who has written for Salon since its inception, that all accounts of anything need condensing, and that we had to work for a while on the "introduction" to this piece, because I was in no mood to excuse British Airways for its sadistic determination to see me "punished" for insulting one of its crew; while Salon -- rightly, I think -- wanted to remove as much "whining" as we could from the story. Evidently, we didn't succeed. But I would warn you again -- the word "liar" is actionable, and while I am quite sure that the events I experienced will NOT be repeated, I wonder if we couldn't throw someone like you into a prison, rape you a lot, deny you all the rights you are supposed to have in any civilized country, and see how willing you are to "apologize."

Just askin' is all. The word "asshole" is NOT actionable (except in Britain), so I will use it, asshole. At no point in the piece as published did I "minimize my bad behavior." pk

Salon.com contributor Peter Kurth lost a laptop while flying from New York to London, and made the mistake of harrassing airline personnel about it. For that crime, he was heaved into prison for five weeks, on the pretext of a nearly-expired (though still legal) passport, and raped nearly non-stop until he was finally freed. But that’s not what’s evil. What’s evil are the minds of people who think that this was perfectly OK and that he deserved to be raped and humiliated for five weeks for sassing back to a flight attendant over his lost $1000-plus laptop. These people would be perfectly at home in Hitler’s Germany, Mussolini’s Italy, Stalin’s Russia, or Franco’s Spain.

UPDATE

In an age of spin, Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein offers feeling and authenticity. Their message and that of Bob's company, Pallasart Web Ventures, Inc. on Oma Hamou is consistent -- unshakeable, in fact, no matter the evidence -- they command daily attention by their on-the-spot, invective-rich variations on the theme. Their lunatic counterfactual art is more appealing than the banal awfulness of the reliable sources. I can safely say these two men especially, have exhibited signs of sociopath behavior not to mention some of their actions towards Hamou have been to say the least, criminal. A simple Google search provides countless examples of absolutely horrifying cases where individuals have had their lives destroyed as a result of a psycho who lives to harass people on the Internet. It is absolutely reprehensible for someone to be able to come up with false, malicious and defamatory information about someone with the intent of destroying their character, and be able to do so with impunity and anonymity.

In court documents both Rob Moshein and Bob Atchison said the statements they made about Oma Hamou, Enigma or Sarskaia was information "researched" to the best of their ability and they have no idea what is true or not. Who can blame them when they seem to have so much trouble deciphering their own life?

With all the lies these two spread one understands it may be hard to keep track.

Like others before him and after him, the renown author/historian Peter Kurth has done and continues to do is to correct the inaccuracies about someone he knew, that person being Anna Anderson a woman who the judicial system could not prove that she was or wasn’t Czar Nicholas II’s youngest daughter, Anastasia. Why I bother to bring up the Anna Anderson controversy is to illustrate apoint, Mr. Kurth knew firsthand Anna Anderson and considered her a friend, 'time and time" again just like Mr. Thacker he has stood up for that friendship but is called all sorts of nasty names for doing so. They even slammed poor Peter on the blog 'Oma Hamou Reality' --- that is their typical Modus of Operandi.

Both Mike Newson and I have defended someone we know and consider a friend, Oma Hamou by doing so, Mike has a defamation Blog written about him.

On July 6, 2007, I asked Sandman if he would post on his Blog the following:

Personally, the statement published on Pallasart’s Alexander Palace Time Machine about Blogger.com by either Rob or was it Bob, is a smoke screen as they do the very thing they preach against. The Alexander Palace Time Machine web site Forum Administrator cites: "...If you want to be able to "share" thoughts without anyone offering up evidence or proof to the contrary, head on over to Blogger.com, LOTS of fiction over there offered up without evidence or challenge..."

Both Mike and I have successfully proven what Pallasart, Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein and their "friends" have published on the web about Oma Hamou is factually not true and we've produced substantial evidence in the form of actual court documents, police reports, phone records, etc. and unlike Bob's Team, the evidence we've put out there will withstand the scrutiny of any court.

Did you know back in May 2004, Bob Atchison called the Beverly Hills Police Department and attempted to file a criminal complaint against Oma for "Fraud" but was told by the police to basically get lost...he called more than 3 law enforcement agencies "prior" to him concocting the "murder for hire scheme" trying to do his best to have Oma arrested...But no one listened or believed him regardless his statements back then will be used against him when he's arrested :-)

Getting back on topic, on May 31, 2004 because no one in law enforcement believed he was telling the truth, Bob created a web site called Oma Hamou Report dot org on Tripod, Free Web Hosting and in the following month told the police in Los Angeles and Austin he created the site to warn people about Oma’s character. But on public record, in court documents and in his oral deposition during Oma’s lawsuit with him, he says he didn’t create it and shifted the blame on Rob.

In letters Bob wrote others including Peter Kurth, he claims he didn’t create the web site Oma Hamou Report yet a few days and weeks earlier he told the police he did, this is a fact contained in real police reports.

BOB ATCHISON'S PARTIAL STATEMENT TO THE LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT:

The cops didn’t lie they just wrote what Bob told them yet he swore "under oath" in a court deposition he didn’t know anything about the web site, Oma Hamou Report.

A long time ago, Bob published on his Russian history site that Oma was wanted as a fugitive from justice out of Wyoming all because he or maybe it was Rob, couldn’t interpret what the criminal court document actually said.

Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report published:

"...Hamou was also arrested again by the Los Angeles Police Department on August 1, 2000 as "A Felony Fugitive From Justice, from Park County Wyoming" in violation of California Penal Code 1551.1". Case number BA205463. She was tried in front of Judge Christina Hill, present in Court and represented by John Alan. She was released in the interest of Justice as Wyoming refused to extradite her at that time. The link is a copy of the publicly available Court record..."

Their conclusions to what the document actually meant was false and has been pointed out to them by the police, attorneys representing Oma Hamou, by Mike and I and even Oma herself who told them what they published wasn't true. [http://www.omahamou.com/PDF/OmaHamouLetterBobAtchison81306.pdf ] One of Oma's attorney, Dave Slater told Bob the Police in Wyoming told him Oma wasn't a fugitive from justice and they didn't have a warrant for arrest but it didn't matter to them what the attorney said, because Pallasart went ahead and left its statement on the web, on Bob's Alexander Palace Time Machine web site that said, Oma Hamou was a fugitive out of the state of Wyoming.

Additionally, during the last skirmish in Oma's prior lawsuit with these folks, Bob was unable to successfully prove the police in Wyoming had even told him this...Go figure!

Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report published this statement: "...Hamou admits committing these felony crimes. Her website quotes her:"I plead guilty because I was guilty". She states the she was justified in committing six felony crimes in order to escape an "abusive" husband, Her own words: "From October 1990 until April 1991, I was on the run from my husband, traveling from State to State, and I wrote checks that bounced in 3 different states." Yet, when one reads Offense 1 above from Montana, the offense date is October 26, 1992, a full 18 months after Hamou claims to have stopped "running" and 3 months after her divorce. Hamou also claims that these 3 Felony convictions over TWO YEARS all arise from "one bad check". Hamou also NOW claims she "left" her husband on 12/31/2000. Which is correct, October or December? Of this same period, the brief marriage to Marcus Demian, Hamou publicly states: "During this marriage we had money, property, " and "When we finally divorced, we owned a successful restaurant in Southern California, real estate." California property tax records, available online to anyone (lexis.com, homeinfomax.com or knowx.com) show no records to substantiate this claim. Marcus Demian and his wife (claimed as a "direct descendant of Sitting Bull"??) opened "Buffalo Joe's" in San Diego in May 1992, fifteen months AFTER Hamou now says she had left him..."

They have stuck to this same story for seven years...

What does this say about their ability as a Historian and as a skilled attorney...I know what it tells me...

When Oma’s ex-husband, Marcus Demian came back into her life he told her these two told him she hired someone to kill Bob...the facts show Bob/Rob are lying liars. Yes, in June 2004, Bob filed a criminal complaint with the FBI, Homeland Security, US Marshalls, the Los Angeles Police Department and others about this ---luckily the police are smarter than what Bob/Rob give them credit for. All of the various law enforcement agencies thouroughly investigated Bob's complaint and reviewed Bob’s phone records, the phone records of the alleged hit man, and the emails between the alleged hit man, the alleged hitman's wife, Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein and investigated all of the parties involved and determined Bob was lying about the entire matter, case closed.

Again I ask, why is it that trained lawyers and historical researchers can not read legal documents properly, get their conclusions wrong when they do, miss read or incompletely read documents and report that as fact when the rest of the document goes on to say that their conclusions were false? After all the truth, as has been stated by not only Oma but detailed by many of her defenders about Oma’s past is horrific and degrading enough, why is it that after being told time, after time, after time that what they said was false and degrading and libelous, and that “here is the truth” do they stick with the same story ever since day one and only change it to add in more dirt…

Many people have asked me why Oma's attorney didn't bring Rob and Pallasart up on Contempt charges for violating a court order back in 2005?

First, this was going to happen as many people, not just one person, sent us Private Messages sent to them by Bob/Rob that showed Rob doing specific things he was told by the court not to do.

Second, at the same time Rob & Pallasart "also" left altered images of Oma online from their OmaHamouReport website – when Dave Slater, Oma’s attorney complained about this, Rob attempted to snowball him by shifting the blame onto his web host provider explaining he personally was unable to remove the images offline. Oma’s attorney, Dave Slater hired a computer forensic company who do nothing but prove people are lying when it comes to statements such as Rob's and other things relating to computers.

When this was pointed out to Rob, like Bob, he decided it was in his best interest to settle the lawsuit and go on with his life – thus the proposed settlement agreement/statement and permanent restraining order. But as fate would have it, Oma’s new attorneys over at Foster, Malich & Blair withdrew from the case in August 2005 which basically put Bob/Rob back in the driver’s seat -- they were now in control and they showed no mercy.

Marcus Demian told Oma that Bob/Rob are behind the new blog about her and while we all know Mr. Demian does have a tendency to lie when it comes to his ex-wife, in this instance, I believe he is telling the truth based upon the flurry of emails sent to and from between, Demian, Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein and "others" connected to Pallasart. As the folks over on that other blog, Oma Hamou Reality like to say, given their paranoia and false premise on their identity and association with Bob Atchison and his Alexander Palace Time Machine web site I suggest you take the rest of their statements with the same required truckload of salt.

So when Pallasart's Alexander Palace Time Machine Forum Administrator says, "...you want to be able to "share" thoughts without anyone offering up evidence or proof to the contrary, head on over to Blogger.com, LOTS of fiction over there offered up without evidence or challenge..." all I have to say is this, the Forum Administrator of the Alexander Palace Time machine web site and Bob Atchison are the world's BIGGEST hypocrites!

Hypocrisy is the act of pretending to have beliefs, virtues and feelings that one does not truly possess. The word derives from the late Latin hypocrisis and Greek hupokrisis both meaning play-acting or pretence. The word is arguably derived from hypo- meaning small, + krinein meaning to decide/to dispute. Lastly, the criminal aspect of all this with regards to Bob Atchison's Romanov Cult is this: it is a crime to stalk, harass, con people out of their money, threaten, file false police reports, forge documents, evade paying taxes, conspire to harm someone and all sorts of other things as Bob and his little gang have done against Oma Hamou. Their attacks on Oma just didn't happen over night, it has been a concerted effort going on for more than six years and no matter how much Rob/Bob wants to gloss over things and pretend they are telling the truth, they aren’t.

Point blank, Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein are not the beacon of truth when it comes to Oma Hamou or for that matter Bob's claims that he did so much for the Alexander Palace, he didn't ....I guess that’s why the police don’t really care to talk with either Bob/Rob because the evidence against them is overwhelming and until these two are arrested we all sit back and wait…

P.S. Rob like usual you missed the point, Mr. Thacker was defending his friends, Anna Anderson and her husband who he knew as friends kinda like what Peter Kurth has been doing for all these years. Marcus Demian should have...

So here it is, laid out sweet on the web — the timeline of events that led up to Oma Hamou’s criminal conviction some 18 years ago.

18 years ago, Oma Hamou is a young blonde, trim, flashy, and fast on the track—a sexy torpedo of tarnished gold.

After being portrayed as a monster, a pedipohile, a wife abuser, a charming sociopath, Marcus Demian re-enters his Ex's life by teaming up with a couple of her stalkers down in Texas, a Bob Atchison and his life partner, Rob Moshein.

Like Atchison and Moshein, Marcus Demian creates several web blogs about Oma Demian (Hamou) because he's here to show the public that he's a regular guy who's been given a bum rap. Sure he has faults, who doesn't?

Sure, he loses his temper once in a while, like that time he went after Oma with a baseball bat or the time he went after his 'other' ex wife with a pool stick, but he had good reasons—plenty of times he was provoked—and he never intended to hurt anybody. He's not like that. He swears that he never raised a hand in anger at Oma or any other wife or to his children. If anything, she Oma and his other wives and the children were the ones with the temper.

He claims that Oma as sweet as she was could turned into one mean, major mood swinger. Bitching about this, whining about that then wiggling back into his good graces with her feminine wiles until the next round of family feud. That's the most notable aspect of Marcus Demian's self-portrayal in describing his relationship with his ex wife or with anyone else - how passive he is, or pretends to be.

Let's take a look at Marcus Demian & Fatherhood...

Unlike Bob Atchisn and Rob Moshein who have no problems with publishing the names of Demian's children we at APO have acquiesce to Justin Edwards request and have deleted the name of the children in order to preserve their right to privacy. It's our understanding Marcus Demian is being investigated by the LAPD concerning the criminal complaint filed against him by his Ex wife, Oma Hamou after receiving several threats from him as well as conspiracy to commit murder & murder to name but a few.

In A Letter to Marcus Demian one of his Children writes:

[Excerpt] "...I'm going to write this because I can't tell you in person. I'm truly leaving. Your new project isn’t that big of a deal to me and I’d help you if it wasn’t for that one simple reason. For all the painful memories of living with you. For the stuff me and (name of child deleted) had to go through. For being quite a lousy parent who knows how to feed a child physically but suck at making them feel good emotionally and worth something. For being a complete stupid idiotic liar. For talking crap about mom (and to be fair, she is messed up) but never mentioning your role in bringing about her downfall (there’s quite a number of documents explaining this). For calling (name of child deleted) a whore (before puberty no less!), a liar (and of course giving her guilt trips about something she said at 5. Jesus Christ now that I think about it, you really are a jerk), and a thief. For being quite simply, one of the worst hypocrites I’ve had the misfortune of knowing. In short, I never want to have contact with you ever again. I’m starting the first day of the rest of my life. You can go do your thing but I ain’t walking the road with you anymore. For both our sakes, stop calling me.

If you had any good feelings you would have said, hey Dad, I'm working and making a few bucks now and I want to help out. That would have been right instead of sneaking off in the middle of the night while I slept only to wake up in the morning and find you gone. Harboring all those evil thoughts. You have no idea how I felt in that moment when I read the note. That could not be my boy. What a shock. Whew!!!!! I'm not going to go into all of it. It's hurtful and makes me dizzy. I'm dizzy enough as it is. What are all the painful memories? And what is all that stuff YOU and (name of child deleted) went through? My new project was for you as well as for me. For if it takes off and I kicked the bucket, you would have had something. You can belittle it if you want, but I have and had the guts to continue on when misfortune came my way. I was fighting on a daily basis and living in a dream world about a son I love more than life and would have given my life for yours if that had become necessary.It's a rough world out there... and men my age don't have many opportunities. Instead of finding fault with me you should clean the "mote" out of your eye first. Then see if you find fault against "your father". I don't think you understand those words.What a pity. I was and am for you not a hundred percent but a thousand percent. This evening in the store you showed such disrepect in front of your co-workers I was ashamed of you for the first time in my life. And then you pushed me and became veru agotated you could barely talk. Where does all of that come from? All these years of eating together and going places together and I was blind to those inner demons of yours. You know nothing about your mom's downfall. I know and first hand and had you ask me I would have told you. I wanted to spare you since it is not a good story. Some of the things you said in the store I know not what you said. You called me a "thief" and I find that strange after you snuck off in the middle of the night as a thief. Look at the mote in your eye. You could have told in the light of day and I would not have tried to stop you. Instead you call (*Name of Grandmother deleted) for consolation when you should have talked to me. And then "being one of the worst hypocrites you have had the misfortune to know" How? I did what I was responsible for and that was protecting you from harm and make sure you grew healthy and safe. I guess you finds that hypocrisy. I love you (Name of child deleted) and have a good life. My heart is broke but I will get up off the canvass for the next round.

Marcus Demian’s Child then replies back:

There is no point in arguing with you. Every single one of your kids born in entirely different generations with entirely different backgrounds no longer wants to speak to you- yet it was something we all did. Apparently you breed “confused” children. It must be in your blood, thus you must be confused also. You should look up (name of child deleted) obituary—it doesn’t even mention you in it. It mentions…but no father…. Oh, I didn’t push you in the store and I have witnesses. Also do not call Mama (Name has been deleted) and threatened to “come and get me” and/or (name of child deleted). And, you…broke? Yet, you have a motorcycle and you just bought a $500 cappuccino machine that is practically three quarters of your rent. I remember you having quite a bit of money at one point in our lives!

And then giving it all up because, well, I don’t know. You must be a bad business man. Or, you, again, screwed someone over and had to run away. That’s the only thing I can thing of as to why we moved from the comfortable life of San Diego to a small town in Idaho and then to the ghetto of Los Angeles. As for “letting me go” Yeah, right. Had I told you, you would have gone into hysterics and probably kept me hostage to save me from (name of child deleted poisoning mind”. Lol. Name of child deleted the only one that’s actually helped me (which includes more than cooking a variety of foods dad.)

Between beating step mothers up, lying about your age to anyone and everyone, using me and (name of child deleted) for free labor when we were 11 years old and 13 years old (remember that? 12 hour days at the coffee house – that’s not even legal). Thankfully, (name of child deleted) kept a journal at the age to prove that. (I don’t make these claims without sufficient proof- unlike you who just likes to make claims) Ummmm, well, you never really abused me if your don’t count your constant yellings of “What’s the matter with you!” But, you abused (name of child deleted) emotionally because you’re a misogynist and it’s funny, because I remember things you used to tell her and they’re the same things would tell my mom and, even Oma, because those are in court documents. They both had restraining orders against you yet you stalked them with guns. Wow! Good job dad! Umm, your first wife put you in a mental institution before or after 1950 and 40 years later you’re still getting restraining orders against you…Hmmmm…

If you show up at my job again, I will call the cops. If you continue to call and harass us, we will take the necessary procedures to also get a restraining order. You see, I’m not a hyporcrite and I could never live with a man who did such terrible things in his lifetime without even thinking they were wrong. You’re a histrionic, a narcissist and very paranoid. I guess smoking marijuana for 50 years will do that to you. Please stop saying that (name of child deleted) poisoned my mind. I’m an adult. I can think for myself that was your biggest flaw – you always thought I’d follow you blindly like a servant. You don’t want a family. You want slaves.

P.S. I’m autistic and was diagnosed as a child yet you made no steps to get me help for it. I’m not the way because mom was “on drugs”. It’s a neurological problem that many children have and there is a lot of help for it. I’ve seen the diagnois and the (name of hospital deleted) notes, especially the “Father called and became quite angry (name of child deleted) was being tested. Refused to go further.” I can see how much you cared about me, apparently, you cared more about your pride than to get me help I so desperately needed. And. If you didn’t see I needed it – well you really are a horrible person. ;)

P.P.S. It is true you never paid me. And, if I had any good in me? If you had any good in you, you would have never stalked my mother with a shot gun! Or beat Oma up (there are police photos to prove this!) You would have never thrown things at (name of child deleted). Blamed her for something that wasn’t her fault. You would have struggled to make us happy like a real parent. Not make US struggle to make YOU happy. Bowl haircuts, YOUR OLD CLOTHES. You dressed your daughter in YOUR OLD CLOTHES BECAUSE YOU WERE TOO BUSY BUYING A MOTORCYCYLE TO TEND TO HER NEEDS. Me too. Dad…you’re 5’2 I’m 6’3. We don’t wear the same pant size.

P.P.P.S. Give it up. You’re not a martyr. You did too many horrible things to too many people to be a martyr.
In Yet Another Letter Marcus Demian's Child writes:

I am sending this to everyone so they can see that my father is full of lies, hatred, and secrets and he has done nothing for me in this life.

I am happier than I have ever been, which is odd if he was such a good parent, but like he told me before, every single one of his children are "messed up in the head". "confused" and we all have "Ghosts in the closet" because he apprently is the world's greatest parent and husband, as shown by his track record. Please do not let him convince you that I did anything to him. I didn't steal anaything from him and he treated me like a slave up to the moment I left. He was even forcing me to quit my job so I could work for him again, with no pay, and thus, not able to attend school either.

Marcus Demian writes to His Child:
