Why do those two, who many in Hamou's inner circle call the "Austin Twins" (Bob Atchison & Rob Moshein) continue to subject the public to their nonsense about Oma Hamou simply because they have an axe to grind?

Borrowing words from Team Atchison, the number of words written on the web about Oma Hamou by Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein and their alter egos, Tonya Hoochie, Gilbert MacDuff and friends alike such as Mike Pyles - the hostility to opposing views from those who defend her against these attacks and deep offence caused by well meaning people would fill page upon page - probably a book in its own right.

Court documents reveal Rob Moshein and Bob Atchison don't believe they should be held accountable for what they have said against Hamou because the information they've put out there on her was information researched to the best of their ability. The courts in Texas didn't agree with this kind of thinking and slapped a protective order against Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report and on Rob Moshein on behalf of Hamou and her respective California corporations. As for the latter, they believe they have every right to do whatever it takes to destroy her -- one thing is for certain, time will tell if the courts will see it their way or as those on Team Hamou repeatedly says, puts those two behind bars.

I often wonder why these two ridiculous men hate Hamou with such passion that they are willing to risk their reputations and possibly their freedom over?

Rob Moshein’s Austin Wine Company, the Cellar (http://www.thecellaraustin.com/) went under and it owed a bunch of money Atchison for almost a year deceived consumers by proclaiming his web company Pallasart was able to take consumers money, yet the State of Texas took away his Charter (license) and told him he could not do business, but he continue to do so, that is until Justin Edwards and Mike Newson made a fuss about it over on the AA Legends Forum.

Public records on Robert D. Atchison a/k/a/ "Bob Atchison" reveal several outstanding judgements in San Francisco . Rob Moshein has a few outstanding judgements in California and in Texas. Then we’ve got Oma Hamou who wanted to make a film, spent a lot of money and has debt because 'supposedly' she lost the financing to her film project. Those on Team Hamou have often said Hamou lost her financing because Atchison and Moshein sabotaged her project and in the process devstated her companies with their writing/smear campaigns that she has not been able to recover. Oma Hamou has confirmed to this author due to Atchison and Moshein's 'concerted effort' to destroy her she has no plans or interest in reviving her California corporations.

The existence of Mr. Atchison's attentions robbed me of the normal life I have strived for and entirely deserve. My life should be one in which I, and I alone, should be held responsible and accountable for my personal life and its failures and triumphs...Mr. Atchison traveled to Russia with the court document from the Los Angeles courts and proceeded to show my business colleagues this document and told them that I was a fugitive when I wasn't...He told all who would listen that I had no film project. He told them that I should not be trusted and that I did no work for the Alexander Palace or the Fedorovsky Cathedral and I had conned a priest into co-signing a loan and the banks forced the priest to sell his home to pay my debt. None of what Mr. Atchison said was true but people believed him and when people didn't choose to believe him or Mr. Moshein they proceeded to harass them...For me, the most personally frightening moment was dealing with the fact that Mr. Atchison hated me so much that he would plot and concoct a murder for hire scheme. A scheme in which I could've been arrested and prosecuted for a crime I never committed or took part in. It is frightening to know that someone hates me so much that they would go to such extremes. Although I am living what may on the surface seem to be a normal life with normal freedoms, this is far from the truth...I have never deserved less than a normal life, one free of the ill effects of a heinous individual who deliberately and unabashedly used and abused my world and my past. I am a law abiding citizen, who never deserved to be haunted, stalked shadowed and harassed. I have lived and breathed the nightmare of a hate crime I have learned what it is to be in the crosshairs of a cult. I will tell you first hand this is devastation beyond any outsider's comprehension, a nearly unbearable burden that no one should ever have to suffer...At times I have felt that Mr. Atchison was the father of lies, so adroitly has he wielded this weapon. Yet when one places his words under the microscope one finds that what he says does not match reality. It is very telling to note that prior to my relationship with Mr. Atchison that Enigma Films, Inc. had no debt, it was only after that, that everything began to fall apart, and for the life of us we could not understand why. I ...lost $20 million in financing for my film project based on the actions of Mr. Atchison and those associated with his small company, Pallasart..."

There is no need whatsoever for anyone to be defensive about Bob Atchison or Rob Moshein being 'publicly lynched' on this blog or elsewhere. They chose publicly to make certain assertions about Oma Hamou which have been proven to be inaccurate.There is no reasoned sense of judgement prevailing - only a totally inappropriate example of exalted self esteem. This is no witch hunt. This is concern over crimes which has been perpetrated against Hamou and outrageously, not only being glossed over, but which is actually admired and respected by Atchison and his cult like following. Recently a concerned person from Atchison's inner circle told Hamou she is hated amongst Atchison and his people so much that they are out to destroy her - I mean really destroy her!

In my opinion, I think those two and their gang of thugs (Pyles and Marcus Demian included) have done one hell of a good job so far, what do you think?

Just some random thoughts having recently checked on the current Hate-Oma Hamou Site/Blog...By Justin Edwards

I can only reply that the unbelievably vociferous campaign against Oma Hamou, amounting in my view to persecution, began not with Bob Atchison’s claims she owed him money but when the Russians told Oma if he was a part of any project they would not enter into any contracts with her. This is how much they hate Bob Atchison and everything he stands for or represents to the world that he is thus, Oma tendered her resignation as Vice President of Bob’s web club, the Alexander Palace Association.

I as others have intended only to correct what I regard as gross inaccuracies in Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein, Mike Pyles and now Marcus Demian’s statements about Oma Hamou - this is all I ever do when I post on these forums -- I let the nutters slide, and try to confine myself to correcting what I know to be errors. I find everything they say about Oma her past which resulted in her criminal convictions and those of us who support her to be both patronizing and factually mistaken.

We are still hearing the same thing that we have heard since the first Hate-Oma Hamou site was moved from Bob Atchison’s Alexander Palace --- We are not Rob/Bob or anyone in touch with them… Although how they have information posted there that only Rob had received, and why Marcus Demian told Oma that “they” were behind the current site/blog is a good question, maybe they lied to Marcus --- Yeah, Right…

Why is it that all through the past seven years of history of this verbal war, in every hate-Oma site that has existed - after the first one, that “they” have denied the link to Bob Atchison and the Alexander Palace Forum, yet in every case where there has been a Hate-Oma site there has been a link back to the AP group --- in EVERY case, with that one exception? I mean a link in as in not a URL link although that has existed as a secret link on the AP main page --- a page that Bob Atchison said in court that ONLY he could modify that page, yet in public Bob said “I don’t know…” Yet “they” the AP “cult” leaders and followers deny any relationship as they have in every case except the very first one, and the one case where we tried to buy the site from the person that they were hiding behind and “they” came out in the open and admitted ownership… Could it be that we will find that “they” are behind this one also? I mean they have already admitted it to Marcus Demian, and to others in the “inner circle” so why are they still hiding and denying? Could it be that they KNOW that what they are doing is wrong, after all they have been told to cease and desist multiple times recently and even before this when the same information and erroneous conclusions were posted and the courts slapped “their” hands with a TRO for doing it --- well --- Why is it that the new Hate-Oma Blog uses the same words that both Bob/Rob used to describe why they felt that it was OK to have said what he said before on the Hate-Oma site that he publicly claimed ownership of regarding his research? Yet the courts slapped Rob down saying that, “to the best of his ability” was not enough when attacking a person with words…, and even though this is the same Modus Operandi it is not Rob or any of that group?

If Jim, Mike or myself are not real people but instead all are just Oma hiding behind other names --- then why do these Internet-trolling slimeballs have a whole Blog (that they have admitted that they read a notification that it is libelous and is causing harm, yet they left it up) dedicated to Mike Newson? Why is it that the first thing Mike ever heard from Bob was that he was Oma hiding behind a false name, could it be that this is an action that they do all the time, thus they immediately felt that others also do as they do?

Why is it that “they” have had removed photos that Sandman has used on his blog, that were hosted on a third party server, as copyright infringement yet at the same time they used Oma Hamou’s photos to dress her up as a clown and add on a Pinocchio’s nose and create “mug” shots and all that they have done to her images? Why is it OK for them to do that, but not OK for Oma’s defenders to use simple un-doctored images of Rob and Bob?

The same question exist today as have all along, why can Rob declare his Austin wine business the “Cellar” as bankrupt leaving behind around a half million in debt and yet when Oma has similar problems she is evil, but Rob is not? Why can Bob have his corporations not only go inactive, but actually have it legally removed from existence as an entity and be forbidden to do business, yet he continued to collect money and he is a hero and Oma’s victim, while Oma who had her corporations go inactive because of Bob’s direct actions to disrupt her company/project and business relationships --- and did not do business while they were inactive and did not collect money, is evil?

Why is it that trained lawyers and historical researchers can not read legal documents properly, get their conclusions wrong when they do, miss read or incompletely read documents and report that as fact when the rest of the document goes on to say that their conclusions were false? After all the truth, as has been stated by not only Oma but detailed by many of her defenders about Oma’s past is horrific and degrading enough, why is it that after being told time, after time, after time that what they said was false and degrading and libelous, and that “here is the truth” do they stick with the same story ever since day one and only change it to add in more dirt…

Why is it that this group of people act towards Oma Hamou as they acted towards Anna Anderson who claimed she was Russia's Grand Duchess Anastasia Romanov? Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein hate Oma with the same intense hatred they have towards Anna Anderson it is as if Oma has come to represent the incarnation of Anna Anderson of what THEY "believe" she was, that being a fraud, scam artist, and so on. All Oma Hamou wanted to do was to make a film about Russia's last Czar,Nicholas II instead she got involved with a cult --- Bob Atchison boast about being a man of honor and integrity yet he lied under oath and plots sinister schemes all designed to harm Oma Hamou.

Could it be that Oma was the only one with enough courage and stamina to stand up against these two demented creatures and their Alexander Palace Time Machine web site or since he claims to talk to the spirits of Russia's last Empress, Alexandra Fedorovna and her daughter the Grand Duchess Olga, perhaps it is these two distinquished women who told Bob they didn't like Oma Hamou and he should do all in his power to destroy her?

Who knows...
