Who is “Tsarfan” from Bob Atchison’s Alexander Palace Forum who also calls himself Vapors on the AA Legends Forum????

Poor Bear!!!! (A regular poster on Atchison's Russian History Forum)

All the recent attacks instigated by a poster name “Tsarfan” from Atchison’s Russian history web site got me thinking … “Tsarfan”...“Vapors” is a person whose real name is H. Michael Pyles a Chicago resident who has embellished his past and has a history of issuing threats (AA Legends) on the web.

Who is Tsarfan?

For starters he certainly isn’t who he says he is:

This law enforcement agency shows no record of the person identified above as " Mike Pyles" but does have a "Harmon M. Pyles" as being an officer in that state from 12-12-1974 until August 1975. There are no birth dates associated with this name furthermore this person didn't complete the training program.

Mr. Pyles graduated with a J.D. from Duke in 1979 I don't know about you, but if I was told that someone was a Police Officer in N.C., I would not think of a Student on a University force. It was as if the story was twisted and expanded to make Vapors sound more important, to be more able to intimidate Oma Hamou.

This agency show no record of any person by the name of Mike Pyles or Harmon Pyles. However they do list:

Jealousy?

Thinking about Vapors reaction, and then how Bob Atchison has reacted --- could jealousy be at the heart of this? Having to share the Palace with Oma Hamou?

So here we have a prime example of why jealousy might be exhibited 'just because' one of Oma's company’s is listed in search engines under the topic of Russian History...As I look at the situation it seems to me that the very thing Pyles, et. al. (Pallasart) have accused Oma and Enigma & Sarskaia of doing is the very thing that Bob Atchison's Alexander Palace Time Machine and his 'small' web design company, Pallasart Web ventures, Inc has been doing all these years --- yet no one until NOW has noticed - take a look.

Not to mention that when one finds that Rob’s own defense to the courts in regards to the Temporary Restraining Order against him in regards to the web sites he and Pallasart created about Oma Hamou was that he/they researched it to the best of their abilities… Think about it…

Now all of these posts are not connected directly to each other per se, but in connection with the larger picture they do relate to each other.

The truth is found in the patterns. Now thinking back on my past comments and descriptions of behavior that Oma has seen and what was openly expressed by those hiding in anonymity at the current Hate-Oma (and Mike Newson) blog. Well once educated you can spot the patterns. You decide what the patterns are. Conclusions we leave to “them” to create out of shoddy and self serving selective “evidence” to foster hate.

For instance consider Rob Moshein’s comments, “To just shotgun statements willy nilly without first understanding the SOURCE of the statements is the worst kind of historical discussion.” And then look at how “they” used Oma’s ex-husband’s documents to attack Oma with saying that she is violent and kidnapped children… Look at the source of the data, and notice how the states evidence was not used to create a balanced and fair look at the validity of their conclusions.

In Christine’s instance, lets remember the numerous "stories" this woman has told about Dr. Ivan Sautov, Father Markell and Oma Hamou, in support of Bob Atchison, who then supports Her in a round robin effect. That is --- Christine is a good source because I say so, and Christine will verify that I am a good source and that what I said about Oma is true… come again???

And then consider the abuse that those who have the temerity to pose opposite views have had heaped on them, the prime reason that one particular thread was created on The legend of Anastasia Forum. And then consider Christine’s words, “what the world wide public can read in these threads are not representative of him, his attitude to life or to his fellow human beings. He is no bully.” The world perceives such that they feel that Bob Atchison (Rob Moshein gets in for free as Bob’s mouthpiece as administrator expressing Bob’s wishes and desires) is a bully to the point that Christine has to say that he is not what is seen there on the AP forum?

If consistent behavior does not define what a person is inside then I have no idea as to what does. Again look at the patterns over time, for the truth is found in those patterns.

THE CULT SURROUNDING THE ALEXANDER PALACE AND CZAR NICHOLAS II

One of the largest problems that was exposed was that none of the ministers or advisors knew what to do.

Rob Moshein's response to Atchison's "Cult"...

The purpose of the AP website is not to memorialise Nicholas and Alexandra and their family "per se". The purpose is to present a comprehensive place where this history and facts of these people and their place in history can be found. Those who claim that we propound a "cult" or mythology of the Imperial Family could not be more wrong. We accept and agree that they were human beings, with their faults and virtues and clearly thrust into events and cirucmstances which were challenging to them (and probably would have been so for virtually anyone who posts here who had stood in their shoes.) We do not expect every user here to "worship and adore" the Imperial Family. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and are quite free to express their reasoned opinions here. What we do ask is that simple human respect be shown to them as the HUMAN BEINGS they were. We ask that you try to admire their virtues, and yes they had them, as well as exploit their human weaknesses and flaws.
They were people, Rich, decent people. Perfect and "godlike" certainly not. Would you have found the grace, genuine morality, and dignity in the fact of imprisonment and murder that they found and exhibited? Would YOU have been a better Tsar?

I ask these questions rhetorically. Who are we to judge others without walking in their shoes. They were not perfect, by a mile, but then who of us IS? We ask only that you respect them as human beings. Nothing more, but certainly also, nothing less. I don't think that is unreasonable.

GD Ella, you keep talking about the "behavior" as if that's what cause all the trouble, but that's not the case at all. Some of the best people have left the forum for good because their posts were either edited or deleted because they were overly critical of Nicholas II. That's truly unfortunate.

Let’s see Tsarfan’s, I prefer to use his real name --- H. Mike Pyles, posts on Bob Atchison’s Russian Forum are well thought out and for the most part sound pretty intelligent – sounds credible. However, reading his posts on Legends and borrowing a phrase from him, when it came to stating facts, real hard core facts about Oma Hamou he was “simply pulling facts out of his ass or willfully misrepresented facts to support his/Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein’s point of view.

First off he accused Oma Hamou of being a GRIFTER and Sarskaia one of her companies, a company which she claims was created to help some old buildings in Russia were nothing more than a sham – yet he and his co-conspirators had not one shred of proof that Sarskaia committed any impropriety nor could he or Atchison and his “gang” demonstrate that Hamou had not done what she claimed she had.

Mike Pyles posted a phone number to a detective with the Los Angeles Police Department who he claimed told him certain things about Hamou when this detective was asked about the validity of her alleged statements to Pyles by her fellow law enforcement persons she denied it. In fact the police record involving Hamou’s criminal complaint against Atchison and his follower’s states that the information Pyles posted on the web was false that Pyles himself was a person of dubious character. The fact that Pyles published this detective’s phone number on the web led many people to believe he was telling the truth because why else would someone do something like that if they weren’t. We ask the same question….

When both Rob Moshein and Bob Atchison gave Mike Pyles their background information on Hamou he contacted the police and pretended (yes, this is in one of the police reports) that he knew Oma Hamou intimately and could assist them in locating her whereabouts. Believing that Pyles knew Hamou the cop sent to him a photo line up that included a photo of Hamou with several women, which he correctly identified as being Oma Hamou. The police told Pyles that he could not send this photo line up to anyone --- yet rumor has it that it was sent to several different people. The police would never have sent any photo of Hamou to Pyles had he not pretended to them that he knew her – this is in the report. A man by the name of “Simon” another poster on Atchison’s forum claimed he heard Hamou didn’t possess a California driver license as a dig at both Mike and Justin. The police did not provide Pyles with any other information about Hamou such as the address appearing on the California DMV. However, he took great pleasure in publishing on the web the name of the city which appears on the DMV records. So where did he get this information?

Mike Pyles told the police in California and Idaho that he was working with Bob Atchison on creating a website about Oma Hamou and her "GRIFT" and told them according to his "quote...quote investigation" Hamou had stolen other people’s identities and used their social security to obtain credit --- according to the police report of 2004 this is something Bob Atchison himself had accused Hamou of doing. Comparing Atchison’s Exhibits that he submitted to the courts in Texas in Pro Se, as did the police, you would walk away believing that Atchison or Moshein simply passed their information on to him. The police dismissed both Atchison and Pyles claims citing there was no evidence to support it and according to Justin Edwards told Hamou that both Atchison, Pyles and Moshein who apparently also wrote letters to the police that these men have a missonary zeal in their quest to nail her.

Interesting, in 2004 Bob Atchison told the police that Hamou had conned JP Morgan out of a large sum of money and the bank forced a priest in Russia to sell his flat because Atchison claimed the priest had co-signed for this loan on Hamou's behalf. In the police report it reads when the detective asked Atchison if he had proof of this he responded "No" but he was working on getting it. According to Mike Newson to date Atchison has not been able to provide one shred of evidence to support his statement.

Mike Pyles also published on the web the Idaho police was investigating Hamou about a Missing person in its State who Pyles claims Hamou had stolen the woman’s identity and "believed" she was involved with her sudden disappearance. As with Hamou's children suddenly, this woman's name appeared at the top of Google's Search engine thanks to Pallasart's long established relationship with Google.com.

Later Pyles published on the web (AA Legends) the police in Idaho had found their Missing Woman and told her about Hamou "stealing" her idenity and asked if she (the Missing Person) wanted to press charges against Hamou --- according to the police in Idaho this wasn’t true. Nothing that H. Mike Pyles published on the web about them was true. So why did he say it?

According to Justin Edwards, Mike Pyles even attempted to have Oma Hamou blackballed from ever appearing on Warner Brothers Studio lot based on his representation to studio executives that Hamou had used one of their letterheads and used it in furthering her scams by pretending that she had contacts in the entertainment industry. He informed them that Hamou was being investigated in the disappearance of a Missing Person in Idaho a woman whose identity she had stolen, he also informed them that she had scammed an elderly man out of $200,000 and that the police in Irvine were investigating her because of her passing several bad checks. He told them that Hamou was a woman with five felony convictions for fraud and all sorts of stuff. He also stated as fact, Hamou was never on the Lot of Warner Brothers Studios....

Is the information that Mike Pyles published on the web reliable? Absolutely not. One of the Legend poster stated Bob Atchison wanted people to defend his honor and when that poster didn’t want to get involve they were threatened. Justin Edwards claimed that both Rob Moshein and Bob Atchison in 2004 threatened and kicked people off their forum because of this very reason those letters and other relevant documents mentioned above can be found on OmaHamou.com.

Mike Pyles and Rob Moshein, using Pallasart’s stalking image on its Oma Hamou Report, sent the police several IP address which he and Moshein claimed belonged to Hamou. He stated in his letter that if the police wanted to find Hamou other than the address in Long Beach which he provided to them that they could trace the IP and it would lead them to Oma. The police wrote back and in so many words told him to get lost they didn’t need him to tell them how to conduct their investigation.

One would ask why would an affluent individual such as H. Michael Pyles would lie about his background and about Hamou? What skeletons are inside his closets?

One thing that haunts the words that I read about this situation is that of stalking, tracing Hamou’s activities to find her address in Long Beach, California, digging until he found her DMV records which are illegal in California. Overall over the years this has been a way of life for Bob Atchison and those around him, to stalk / hunt down Hamou. Pallasart, Atchison's company posted on the web Hamou's social security number is it any wonder the woman is frightened out of her skull concerning anything to do with them? I see how they turned and attacked Justin and Mike, and do you remember the attacks from the early days of Legends against other participants suggesting that they were pedophiles? If they will do this to these people then who would be next? You???
